Stella Genevieve Lance

Stella Genevieve Lance, age 74, of Crossville, TN, passed away at Cumberland Medical Center on July 9, 2026.

Mrs. Lance was born on June 9, 1952, in Scott, WV, daughter of the late Donald Eugene Hopkins and Genevieve Lois Hopkins.

Stella was a homemaker.

She is survived by her sons, Robin Hopkins (Dawn), Elbert Lance (Jesse); daughter, Gennie Shank; grandchildren, Cody Fenstermaker, Joshua Fenstermaker, Ashley Flury (Jeremy), Joanna Norris (Gavin), Nathaniel Hopkins (Zoe), Maryanne Swafford (Andy), Bryant Regen, Katarina Lance, and Brooklynn Fenstermaker; great grandchildren, Amelia Flury, Madelyn Flury, Henry Norris, Waylon Ledbetter, and Colton Ledbetter; sister, Lola Lawlis; and brother, Donnie Hopkins (Marissa).

In addition to her parents, Stella is preceded in death by her husband, Ganard Lance; and sister, Brenda Scott.

Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Tolletts Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
