Stanley Jay Watson

Stanley Jay Watson, age 74, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on May 11, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center.

Mr. Watson was born on April 26, 1952, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Cornell Watson and Dorothy (Roysden) Watson.

Stanley worked as a truck driver.

He is survived by his children, Stanley Jason Watson and Sherry Watson Singh; sisters, Delta Ilene Cottrell (Paul), Wanda Lee Stafford, and Kathy Watson; grandchildren, Lindzee Watson Davis (DJ), Hunter Cothern, Michael Alexander Vaughn, Jasmin Cothern, Sierra Hall; great grandchildren, Alaysia Davis, Luxson Davis, Paizlee Davis, Aurora Cothern, Levitikius Lottie, Siremi Cothern, Ky Hall, Xy Hall, and Attikus Cothern.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Yvonne Watson and son, Joshua Shawn Watson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
