Samuel Life Henderson, age 39, of Crossville, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Sam was born on May 20th, 1987, in Jackson, MI, son of Joseph Patrick Henderson and Sandra Delores Mathews.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Ashley Meadows; daughter, Macie Henderson; brothers, Thomas Henderson (Faith), Justin Henderson, Shane Henderson, Wade Henderson (Britnni), Joe Henderson, Dan Henderson; sister, Jamie Doxtader (Ray); mother, Sandra Mathews (Randy); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins. Also, his Fur Babies, Odie and Dee-o-gee.
He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Patrick Henderson; Granny, Vicki Mathews; Pa, Dave Mathews; and uncle, Chuck Mathews.
