Ronald James Bittner Jr

Ronald James Bittner Jr, 34, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on September 12, 2026.

Born on January 14, 1992, in Crossville, Ronald was the son of Ronald Bittner Sr. and Tina (Mantooth) Bittner. 

Ronald had a natural curiosity for how things worked and loved tinkering with vehicles. When he wasn’t under a hood, he enjoyed online gaming, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He had a soft spot for animals and was known for his kindness toward them.

He is survived by his parents; his grandmother, Geri Mantooth; his brother, Michael (Jessica) Mogensen, and their children, Reed Mogensen, Atlas Mogensen, Evie Mogensen, and Rylan Mathews; his uncles, Jared Mantooth and Richard Mantooth, along with Richard’s children, Lucas Mantooth and Richard Mantooth Jr.; his brother‑in‑law, Jeff Loyed; and his daughter, Ava Loyed. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will carry his memory forward.

Ronald was preceded in death by his sister, Victoria Mogensen; his uncle, Samuel Mantooth; and his aunt, KayAnn Mantooth.

No services will be held at this time.
