Philip Allan Vine, age 79, of Crossville, TN, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Mr. Vine was born on February 19, 1946, in Wellsville, NY, son of Allan Vine and Kitty Sue Vine.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Vine; children, Timothy Vine and Heather Snavely; 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and sister, Judy Fires.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents, Allan Vine and Kitty Sue Vine.
