Pauline Phipps

Pauline Phipps, age 79, of Crossville, TN, passed away at her home on July 6, 2026.

Mrs. Phipps was born on January 10, 1947, in Benham, KY, daughter of the late Paul Estep and Ina Mae (Boggs) Bishop.

Pauline was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, David Phipps (Celia), Richard Phipps (Penny), and Melissa Temple (Tony); grandchildren, David McKinley Lockaby, Josh Phipps, Ashley Thompson, Destiny Phipps, Collin Phipps, Ricky Phipps, Andrew Phipps, Matthew Phipps, Michael Phipps, Toby Temple, Thomas Temple, and Tabitha Derrick; a host of great grandchildren; and siblings, Mike Estep, Mary Estep, Troy Estep, Glen Estep, and Sara Bishop.

In addition to her parents, Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Gene Phipps; children, Willie Claude Phipps and John Paul Phipps; and siblings, Jackie Stotts, Phyllis Shupe, Brenda Barnett, Paul Frank Estep, and Charles Estep.

Funeral Service will be held at Crossville First Freewill Baptist Church on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM with burial to follow at Mayland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
