Patricia Joy Thomas

Patricia Joy Thomas, age 79, of Crossville, TN, passed away on December 15, 2023. Mrs. Thomas was born on February 5, 1944, in Fort Robinson, Nebraska, daughter of the late Warren Gramly and Virginia (Jorgenson) Gramly and brother of the late Gary Gramly. Patricia was a beloved wife and incredible mother to her four children and grandmother to five grandchildren. A creative person of many talents, including craft-making and decorating, Patricia was a homemaker. Her life was filled with stories and trinkets from growing up in South and Central America until thirteen and then to Tennessee. In marriage, she moved to the northeast, where she and her husband Earl raised their family, and then returned to Tennessee in retirement to care for her sick parents. Her life was one of service to those she loved; she will be remembered for her sacrifice and unconditional love of family and friends. She is survived by her children, Brian Thomas, Gary Thomas (Vanessa), Melissa Blaeser (Jeff), and Sean Thomas; and grandchildren, Kevin, Garrett, Wade, Justin, and Logan. In addition to her parents and brother, Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Thomas.
