Beloved sister Lynora ‘Lynn’ Budd, of South Hampton, New Jersey, passed away at the age of 79 on February 24, 2026. A sister is a unique blessing that will last forever in our hearts. She passed away quietly & comfortably with a smile on her face Tuesday night at Salli & Ed Lemke’s home.

Lynn was affectionately known to her family as ‘Buttons’ and led an active life. She enjoyed playing the accordion and dancing, modeled while attending the Patricia Stevens Modeling School, and was active in her ski club and even became an instructor. Growing up, Lynn played a central role at home as the first born of 8 children. Lynn was proud of her Catholic faith and made sure that the family attended St. Eugenes every Sunday. She was a dedicated student and upon graduating from Nicolet High School, went on to become a legal secretary for over 20 years at a Foley & Lardner law firm & continued her legal secretarial skills in Philadelphia. She also becomes a security guard at the Cherokee High School in Evesham Township. Lynn met the love of her life Tom Budd at the age of 37 and they were married at St. Anthony’s church in Menomonee Falls, WI. Tom and Lynn moved to Mount Laurel, New Jersey where her love for dogs emerged. She began training black labs for field trials and traveled to many states for competitions, winning several awards. She loved gardening in Springtime & always had bountiful flowers that overflowed her home in South Hampton. During the summer months, Tom & Lynn hosted her family to many memorable vacations at Long Beach Island NJ ~ Barnegat Light.

Lynn is survived by her loving husband Thomas Budd, 5 sisters: Cheri Bliss Samson (Gene), Salli Lemke (Ed), Tammy Dwyer (Jerry), Holly Martin (Dave) Carol Pozarski (Larry) 3 brothers: Bruce Wojciechowski, Frank Wojciechowski & Perry Wojciechowski (Melanie).

As well as several nieces, nephews as well as great nieces’ and nephews: Alexis Spade (Darren) Grant, Grace, Gage. Christopher Lemke (Andrea) Tristan Steffani Drass (Joe) Layna & Julian, Max Samson Max, Skyler, Roxanne Samson, Josh Martin, Alissa Dwyer fiancé, Dunn (Derrick) Autumn, Luna, Ace, Crag Pozarski, and Joy Barger (Brian) Noel & Isabelle, Douglas Wojciechowski (Violet)Zachary, Cloe Mathew Derrek Wojciechowski (Stephanie) Silas, Souter Frank Wojciechowski (Ahmna) Natalie, Yara, Frankie the 3rd Aaron Wojciechowski (Kayla) Zoie, AJ, Dennis

She was preceded in death by her parents Olga (Tomasyk) and Harry B. Wojciechowski, Sister-in-law Dorothy-Dotsie Budd (Walsh), Brother-in-law Larry Pozarski

A celebration of Lynn’s life is scheduled for Saturday, March 12 at Bilbrey Funeral Home. The family welcomes friends for visitation from 3:00 to 4:00 pm with a service at 4:00 pm Father Michael of St. Frances of Assisi officiating. A meal will be provided at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church following the service.

We would like to acknowledge the wonderful support and love from the Gentiva Hospice team in Crossville. We also want to thank members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, for the love and support you offered to Lynn, Ed and Salli until the day the Lord took her away. You all hold a special place in all our hearts.

Lynn’s Funeral arrangements are being prepared at Holy Eucharist Catholic Church Tabernacle, New Jersey for April 11th at Mass at 11:00 where she was a member for over 40 years.

Memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice, St. Francis of Assisi Parish, or Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.
