Katherine Jo Elmore

Katherine Jo Elmore, age 70, of Crossville, TN, passed away on November 23, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family and her devoted dog, Willie.

Ms. Elmore was born on May 4, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana, daughter of the late Johnny Elmore and Mary Flowers.

Katherine was a homemaker. She loved crocheting, working on jigsaw puzzles, painting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Katherine was always sharing snacks with her fur baby, Willie.

She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Stone (Isaac Sandoval) and Nancy Brady (Robert Carr); son, Jonathan Ogle; son-in-law, Toby Payne; stepfather, Jackie Conley; sister, Linda Ogle; grandchildren, Baylee Mellott (Xander), Connor Stone, Austin Payne, Hunter Payne, Brianna Brady, Joshua Brady; many adored nieces, nephews as well as great grandchildren; and her adored dog, Willie.

In addition to her parents, Katherine is preceded in death by her daughter, Cathy Ranay Payne; brothers, J.R. Elmore, Billy Elmore, David Gene Elmore; and sister, Connie Williams.

Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.

The family requests that you wear purple to the service, if possible, as this was her favorite color.
