Joyce Ann Baker, age 59, of Crossville, TN, passed away on August 26, 2025 at Cumberland Medical Center.

She was born on June 2, 1966, in Scott County, VA, daughter of the late Blue Byrd Bowen and Dorothy Etta Bowen.

She is survived by her daughter, Alinda Ingram, of Crossville, TN and son, Joseph Baker, and wife Jessica Baker of Grand Ridge, FL sister, (Marget) Maggie Robinette of Big Stone Gap, VA; niece, Teresa Richardson of Big Stone Gap, VA; brothers, Carter Bowen, Melvin Bowen, Terry Bowen, John Bowen; nieces, Ashlee Bowen, and Kim Bowen of Kingsport, TN; grandchildren, Blake Ingram, Alex Ingram, Avangeline Baker, Christian Mann, Katalayah Mann, Ella Baker, Killian Howell. Family Jo Ann Jaime, and Michael Ingram.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Frank Bowen; sister, Edna Bowen; nephews, Larry Wayne Jesse and James Griffith.
