Joseph Allen Cowart

Joseph Allen Cowart, age 63, of Crossville, TN, passed away at Cumberland Medical Center on March 2, 2025. Mr. Cowart was born on April 5, 1961, in Escondido, CA, son of the late Kenneth Lee Cowart and Carol Marjorie (Knapp) Cowart. Joseph proudly served our country in the United States Army. He was also an electrical engineer. He is survived by his children, Daniel Cowart (Tabitha), Matthew Cowart (Ashley), and Jennifer Cowart (Justin Cooper); grandchildren, Jason, Haley, Jacob, Ashley, Cade, Asa, Connor, Brayden, Kyra, Jared, Royce and Mattalyn; sister, Debbie Tetreault; and brother, Hannigan Cowart. In addition to his parents, Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Cowart; grandson, Grant Judkins; and brother, Arthur Cowart. Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM with burial to follow at Lantana Cemetery.
