John Ronald Hamby, age 85, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on October 9, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center.
Mr. Hamby was born on September 28, 1941, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Andrew Hamby and Althea (Wilson) Hamby.
John worked as a Game Warden for the state of Tennessee.
He is survived by his sister, Angelia Pamelia Gray (Billy) and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Hamby; sisters, Barbara Allen (George) and Irene Wallace (George); brother, Jim Hamby (Gail).
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Crossville City Cemetery.
