David "Eugene" Elmore

David “Eugene” Elmore, age 62, of Crossville, TN, passed away on May 19, 2024. Mr. Elmore was born on November 11, 1961, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of David H. Looper and Mary Conley. Eugene was a business owner of a roofing company. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Elmore of Knoxville, TN; stepsons, Sean Tucker (Amanda) and Matt Tucker both of Powell, TN; 10 step grandchildren; father and stepmother, David H. Looper, and Ginny Looper of Cloverdale, IN; stepfather, Jack Conley of Crossville, TN; sisters, Kristy Stone (Chip) of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Ogle of Crossville, TN, and Katherine Earhart of Crossville, TN; brother, David A. Looper (Mary) of Cloverdale, IN; and several nieces and nephews. Eugene is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Conley; stepson, Todd Tucker, sister, Connie Williams; brothers, Wylie Elmore, Jr. and Billy Elmore; and brother-in-law, Eugene Ogle. Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 PM prior to the service.
