Cynthia Charlene Stone

Cynthia "Charlene" Stone, age 87, of Crossville, TN, passed away at Uplands on July 6, 2026.

Mrs. Stone was born on October 20, 1938, in Daisy, TN, daughter of the late Charles Lovelady and Mary Ellen (Glover) Lovelady.

Charlene was a schoolteacher.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pat and Starr Stone; daughter and son-in-law, Glenette and Jeff Ward; grandsons, Ty Stone (Trinity), Tate Stone (Chloe), Nathan Ward (Nelly), and Elijah Ward; and great grandchildren, Liam Ward and Arya Ward.

In addition to her parents, Charlene is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Harold Stone.

Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be held at Green Acres Memory Gardens on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
