Curtis Lee Richardson

Curtis Lee Richardson, age 79, of Crossville, TN, passed away at his home on September 16, 2026.

Curt was born on October 7, 1946, in Providence, RI, son of the late John Richardson and Eleanore (Tucker) Richardson.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette Richardson; sons, Kevin Richardson (Sarah) and Paul Richardson (Melissa); and grandchildren, Braden, Brice, Hannah, Brynn, Noah and Cody; brothers, Herb Richardson and Craig Richardson; and sisters, Joyce Cullen and Janice Burke.

In addition to his parents, Curt is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Richardson.

Curt was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose life reflected his deep love for his family, his faith in God, and his heart for serving others. His faith was an important part of who he was, and he was an active and faithful member of Cumberland Fellowship. He especially enjoyed participating in the church’s youth groups and investing in the lives of younger generations.

Curt proudly served his country in the United States Army, was in sales management for US Gypsum and continued a life of service as a volunteer firefighter. He generously gave his time, talents, and compassion to others, always looking for ways to help those around him.

Beyond his faith and service, Curt treasured the simple blessings of everyday life. He enjoyed playing cards, traveling, golfing, and, most of all, spending time with his family. His greatest joy was being together with the people he loved, sharing laughter, making memories, and watching his family grow. Those memories will be cherished for generations to come.

Curt’s life was a testament to faith, love, service, and family. Though deeply missed, his family finds comfort knowing he is now home with the Lord. His legacy of faith, love, and kindness will live on in all whose lives he touched.
