Newby, age 72, of Crossville, TN, will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial following at Browntown Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the funeral. Survivors: Wife - Karla Newby; Daughter - Samantha Stone; Sons - Tim Newby and Steven Baxter (Lisa); Grandchildren - Tyler, William, Devin, Timothy, Tyson, Hannah (Cody), Dani Rae; Great Grandchildren - Cody, Jessie, Bentley, Chevy, Cameron, Axel, Jasper; Brother - Lynn Stricklan; Sisters - Kathy DeVincenzi and Barbara McDaniel.
