Charles Ruben Hamby

Charles Ruben Hamby, age 55, of Crab Orchard, TN, passed away on December 15, 2025, at Cumberland Medical Center.

Mr. Hamby was born on February 15, 1970, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Willis Hamby and Wanda Jean (Monday) Hamby.

Charles was a farmer and logger.

He is survived by his wife, Joann Hamby; stepdaughter, Katie Schillinger; step grandson, Charlie Cofer; brothers, David Tim Brock (Rhonda) and Justin Keith Brock (Rena); aunts, Eva Redwine (Jerry) and Carolyn Hedgecoth (Jerry); and special friends, Billy and Pam Gray.

Charles is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Graveside Service will be held at Hamby Family Cemetery on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM with Bro. Danny Smith officiating.
