Carolyn Rose Daugherty

Carolyn Rose Daugherty, age 90, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on June 7, 2026, at Cumberland Medical Center.

Ms. Daugherty was born on August 8, 1935, in Crossville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Walter Stone and Sadie (Howard) Stone.

Carolyn worked and retired as a Bank Teller. She thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, particularly riding horses and digging for arrowheads.

She is survived by her sons, Matt Daugherty (Tammy), Bren Daugherty (Dawn), and Shane Daugherty; grandchildren, Kelsey Miller, Tyler Daugherty, Matison Daugherty, Brad Daugherty, Lindsay Becker, Adam Daugherty, and Andrew Daugherty; great grandchildren, Hayes, Emmie, Cruz, Blakelee, Mason, Anna, Riley, Noah, Chloe, Tanner, Brady, Easton, and Eli; sister, Ruth Ann York.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Robert "Bob" Arlin Daugherty and Walter Ernest Daugherty; brother, Gordon Stone.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Pomona (Oaklawn) Cemetery.
