Bobby Osborne

Bobby Joe Osborne, age 73, of Crossville, TN, passed away on January 22, 2023, at Cumberland Medical Center.

He was born on August 19, 1949, in Bristol, VA, son of the late Robert Osborne and Nila (McConnell) Osborne.

Bobby retired from IBEW 270 in Oak Ridge, TN after working for them for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sue Osborne; stepdaughter, Crystal Rayburn and her children, Jeremy Duncan, Haley Duncan and Lily Rayburn; sister, Linda Osborne and her son, Eric and his wife Shawna and their children, Kenley Nelson and Carter Nelson; and sister-in-law, Shelia Osborne and her children, David J. Osborne and Carrie Osborne.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his brother, J.T. Osborne.
