Funeral services for Billy Carter of Crossville, will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Green acres Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held prior to the service from Noon until 1:00 PM. Survivors: Sons - Grayson Carter and Charles Michael Carter; and Daughter - Denise Carter.
