Benjamin Lewis Stover

Benjamin Lewis Stover, age 86, of Crossville, TN, passed away peacefully in his home on October 21, 2026.

Lewis Stover was born on February 7, 1940, in Clarkrange, TN, son of the late Cosby Estes Stover and Lena (Martin) Stover.

Lewis retired from the LP Shanks company. He was a member of Crossville Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann (Guinn) Stover; daughter, Tammie French (David); sons, David Lewis Stover, Jessie Ira Stover, and Charles Edward Stover; brother, Estes Stover; sisters, Elease Nicholas and Judy Orlena Murphy; many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Lewis is preceded in death by an infant brother and eldest brother, Millard Stover; eldest sister, Nellie Elmore; and stepmother, Cassie Beaty Stover.

Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service.
